Consult DB is firmly committed to respect your privacy. We have created this privacy statement (“Statement”) in order to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy. As we gather important information from you, we have created this Statement as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices, and to show you the privacy of your data is always our highest priority. Consult DB reserves the right to update this Statement.
Information Collection and Use
Consult DB requests user who use the Service to give us contact information (such as their name, company, phone number, email) and billing information (such as billing contact, billing address, and number of users that will be using the Service). This information is used to setup the Service for individuals and their organization, filling Customer’s orders and processing bills.
We may also use the information to contact customers to further discuss customer interest in our company, the Service, and to send information regarding our company or partners, such as promotions and events. Consult DB will not sell, rent, trade or distribute any customer email addresses or personal customer information with any third parties. We may also email customer newsletter or information regarding updates to the Service or company. Customers can opt out of receiving such information from us, at any time by sending an email to recruit@consultdb.com
Consult DB has referral relationships with third-party companies and individuals (“Referral Partners”) who refer customers to Consult DB. Customers who become paying users of Consult DB through a Referral Partner are considered customers of both Consult DB and the Referral Partner. Consult DB and a Referral Partner may share customer contact as well as account, financial and billing information with respect to their joint business relationship with the customer. The sharing of this information allows Consult DB and the Referral Partner to establish the identity of the shared customer and determine referral fees owed. This sharing also allows Referral Partners to provide consolidated billing services to the shared customer. Consult DB does not share the Customer Data with Referral Partners.
Consult DB may also collect information from visitors to Consult DB Website and customers of the Service, such as Internet address, service request type, usage and statistical information. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, implement security control, and to administer the Consult DB Website and the Service in order to constantly improve the quality.
Customer Data
Consult DB’s customers use the Service to host data, information and material (“Customer Data”). Consult DB does not own any data, information or material that you submit to the Service. Consult DB will not share, distribute, print, or reference any such data except as provided in the Consult DB Service Agreement, or as may be required by law, or as otherwise mutually agreed upon. Users of the Services are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and passwords.

Consult DB has security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Data under our control. When our Site is accessed using Google Chrome version 56, Mozilla Firefox version 53, Safari version 10, Microsoft Edge version 39 or Microsoft Internet Explorer version 11 or higher, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects information using both server authentication and data encryption to help ensure that Data is safe, secure, and available only to you. Consult DB also implements an advanced security method based on encoded session identifications, and hosts the Service in a secure server environment that uses a firewall to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Finally, Consult DB requires unique user names and passwords that must be entered each time a customer logs on. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of Data.
Opt-Out Policy
Consult DB offers its visitors and customers a means to choose how we may use information provided. If, at any time after registering for information or ordering Services, you change your mind about receiving information from us or about sharing your information with third parties, send us a request specifying your new choice. Simply send your request to recruit@consultdb.com. Consult DB also sends customers both Consult DB Website and service announcements. Customers are not able to opt out of receiving service announcements, which contain important information about the service or Consult DB Website.
Correcting & Updating Personal Information
If a user need to update personal and contact information, or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update, or remove that user’s personal data provided to us. This can usually be done in the user’s profile or by emailing recruit@consultdb.com or calling +852 3188 3829.
